Phil adds a fresh and exciting dimension within the Mulgoa Valley. He creates a unique dining experience offering an international cuisine to Mulgoa Valley's boutique reception centre.
Phil, who hails from Yorkshire, England, started his kitchen debut at the Wentbridge House Hotel, UK. Moving on to work in some of the finest hotels throughout England. With his solid foundation, Phil moved to Canada where he quickly made a name for himself becoming the Chef Garde' Manager for Royal Meridian King Edward Hotel, Toronto.
Further going on to work in many of Canada's finest hotels passing on his knowledge and expertise in the world of fine food.
In 1995, Phil opened his own restaurant, Yoyo's in Toronto Canada. Making it in the top 100 restaurants in this category in North America's "Zatgart Survey"
Mulgoa Valley Receptions is so lucky to have Phil as the Executive Chef as he has made his mark with his light modern style which shines in his repertoire of classic new innovations, and the menu he has created reflects his experience.
